e-stat software for Ernst hardness testers
e-stat
e-stat is a data acquisition and processing software for ERNST hardness testers. The software is designed to receive and store the measurement data obtained by all ERNST hardness testers, from the oldest to the most recent using data transmission technologies compatible with the on-board electronics version of the hardness tester.
With e-stat, every ERNST hardness tester can fall within industry 4.0 compliance parameters because the software makes the data collected by the instrument in real time available on the network.
A single e-stat session can connect and receive data from multiple durometers simultaneously. The information can be displayed in textual or graphical form and it is possible to view statistics and distribution histograms updated in real time for each hardness tester.
Each data file is configured providing general information including free fields that can be filled to store additional information related to the analysis itself (batch, material, user).
The software is designed to run on Windows 7 and Windows 10. The multiple-window interface means you can display only the necessary information and place it on the monitor in the preferred configuration, which is stored between one activation and the next. Data can also be exported using files in .csv format that can be used immediately with Excel.
e-stat license is available in two versions: single license or multiple license (up to 4 hardness testers).
